Empowered Pathways is thrilled to participate in Mohawk Valley Gives, a regional Day of Giving happening on Friday, September 19th! The campaign runs from Monday, September 15th through Friday, September 19th, and we invite you to be part of this exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of the UpMobility Foundation, every donation will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $15,000. That means your gift of $50 becomes $100 - doubling your support for women, youth, and families in our community. (Note: One donation per person will be matched.)

• The Women’s Employment & Resource Center (WERC):

  WERC empowers women through high-quality training programs in computer skills, customer service, business communications, soft skills, and interview preparation. These programs not only build practical skills but also foster self-confidence and help overcome barriers to employment.

  
  

• Restorative Practices for Families and Youth

  Our Family Team Meetings provide a respectful, empowering space for families to resolve conflicts collaboratively. Through School Attendance Mediation, we work with students, families, and schools to improve attendance and educational outcomes - engaging youth directly to identify barriers and build strength-based solutions.
